Signature
In the creation of a new Promissory Note it is determined the type of signature that will be requested from the subscriber and, where appropriate, the guarantor, and that same type of signature will be the signature that will govern the rest of the actions of the life cycle of the Promissory Note.
User permits
Beneficiary: must be an Active user of Literax
Payment Registration: Subscriber, guarantor and the endorsed person to collect
Payment recognition: Beneficiary, Last holder
Extinction: Beneficiary, Last holder
Verification: Any user who has access to the Constancy of Signatures.
Endorsement
Property Endorsement: Revokes all endorsements in procurement
Endorsement for collection only: Is revocable at all times
All endorsements generate a notification with online signature.
