Once you add Metadata from the Metadata Catalog, it is added to the Metadata Templates.
If you require a Metadata Template to be replicated in various positions in the document, add it as many times as you need FROM the Metadata Template list to avoid requesting it twice to the receiver and being assigned a differentiating label.
The metadata that you want to be marked as required or mandatory fields for capture, mark them with the star on the right side of the list of Metadata in the Template.
